Sonic Activations

Sonic Activations are an Intuitively crafted produced track, designed to align with your specific intentions & soul frequency. They work on a subtle & cellular level, bypassing the conscious mind. Delivered through the ancient technology of sound fusing the art of singing, looping, rhythm, soul language, frequency medicine, and subliminal affirmations/mantras - these activations can be a powerful ally on your journey.

There is no right or wrong way to experience A SONIC ACTIVATION only your way. So take on board as much of the list below or even none of it - it's totally up to you!

Guidance to enhance your experience:

• HEADPHONES - this will allow for a more immersive experience & will also allow more control over your volume. If headphones are not accessible you can also have it playing in the background.

• Set an INTENTION before listening. Listen either upon waking or just before bed - this is the time our conscious mind is not as active.

• Listen once a day for 21 days or however often or long you are guided to - the feedback I have received from clients is that their intuition guides the process and knows when to use it and for how long. Remember these activations are timeless and you can come back to them whenever you feel the need for extra support to attune you to the energy intended.

• As you listen repeatedly you may feel guided to sing along with the audible mantra. This is incredibly powerful the resonance of your own voice carries a frequency and vibration designed to activate your remembrance of your Soul Song.

• After playing the track allow space for contemplation or silence even if it's 2-3mins or however long feels good for you.

• Tune into your physical & psychic senses - be a witness to your experience it can hold important information/insight for you. As your day progresses or as you sleep, deep insight and truth may be revealed to you.

• RECEIVE - there is nothing you need to do, just open yourself up to receptivity. You may also want to journal if you feel guided.

• Subliminal Intentions/Affirmations & Mantras are embedded within the track. I can share these with you but I do recommend listening for sometime before accessing these. It's a fun way of experimenting and seeing how these align with the subtle shifts you may experience.
